Parent & TotOur youngest athletes can start exploring movement as soon as they are walking. One parent or adult caregiver attends the 45 minute class with the child to assist with the various activities. Athletes gain experience on our Just For Kids equipment, the Tumbl Trak or trampoline, balance beams and floor circuit (similar to an obstacle course), doing a variety of activities, tasks, and skill progressions. This class is offered several weekday mornings and evenings, and on the weekend.

Teen/Tumbling InfoWhether it’s to give gymnastics a try, have some fun social activity while keeping fit, or to re-visit or continue to develop gymnastics skills, our 90 minute teen classes offer more choice and variety to participants. The classes are offered Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and several participants opt to come to both.
Our tumbling classes are divided into beginner, intermediate and advanced options. These 60 minute classes are for anyone wanting to learn tumbling elements for dance, cheerleading, or just for the fun of learning a back handspring.

Classes run for 2 hours with higher expectations with regard for your child's training mentality. It is for this reason that these classes are by invitation only. If you would like to have your child tested to see if this class is a good fit, we offer assesments free of charge.

• All Members must purchase a $45.00 membership of Gymnastics Ontario for insurance, which must be renewed after June 30th each year. This fee is non refundable.

• Space permitting, athletes can register mid-session, with the fees being pro-rated for the number of weeks remaining.

• 10% discount (of the lower cost program) for multiple registrations [i.e. 2+ classes a week or additional family members]

• There is a $25.00 returned cheque charge.

• Fees are due at the time of registration. Fees must be paid in a single full installment. Spaces will not be held without payment. Fees are subject to change without notice.

• The total fee is based on the length of the class, number of weeks in the session, and the number of family members registered.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do We Offer Make-Up Classes?

Yes we offer make-up classes. You can contact the front desk and arrange for a make-up if there is another class with available spots. Make-ups do not carry over into the next session.

What's The GO Fee For?

As members of Gymnastics Ontario, we are required to insure all EGA participants through their insurance provider. You insurance covers you for any Gymnastics Ontario member club.

Do We Pro Rate Classes?

Yes we do! If you register for a class that has already started, you will not be charged for classes already missed. The GO fee is not pro rated.

Can We Transfer Classes?

Yes you can transfer classes if you are not longer able to attend class on a particular day. Transfers can only take place if there is room in another class. All transfers are perminent.

How Are Kids Evaluated?

Starting with the Pre-School level, all EGA recreational members are evaluated through our custom designed level system. All evaluations are done online by our staff so you can see through the parent portal what skills they are working on. Testing is ongoing, so when you child passes a level, the following week they start the next level.

Can Parents Go Into The Gym?

Other than 1 parent for Parent & Tot classes, no parents are permitted in the gym. There are two viewing areas for you to watch your child's classes. This policy is part of the guidelines set forth by our insurance policies, which we must adhere to.
